Help renewing plan
Logged into my Avid account, but there is no where to renew my plan. It just says "Plan expires on Mar 31, 2018".
Would like to pay now to avoid the possibility of forgetting. Would really like to set an auto-renew so I never have to think about it again. Thank you Tom |

You can click the Renew Support link to see the option to renew your Upgrade Plan. (We are in the process of improving this to make it more intuitive!) Note that you can renew through the Avid store (Add To Cart...) or buy a renewal from your reseller and enter the code in your Avid account.
As far as auto-renew, that's only an option for product purchased from Avid. If you initially purchased from a reseller then you would typically go back to them and purchase the renewal (and follow the reseller steps listed above).

I've got it, thought the "renew support" was just for the support plan, not the annual upgrade plan. Again, thank you for your help. Tom |
