Wave Users - Do not update to OSX 10.4.6

Mac - Waves users:

Some Waves plug-ins will not open under Mac OSX 10.4.6.

Do NOT upgrade to OSX 10.4.6. There is no way to go back.

The issue was just confirmed minutes ago.

yesterday my waves eqs and L3 were working

is there a specifice detail spelled out of exactly which plugz on this "confirmation"

mine appear to be fine...some are automated
i'll look into this and report back

i just got off the phone with the guy at waves

here is the problem:

tune/debreath is NOT coming up on the list of plugs for waves with/when 10.4.6 is intalled.

here is the solution:

you need the 10.4.6 ppc update that just came out just moments ago.

go to www.apple.com/support/downloads

get the 65MB download that will auto update the orginal ppc from your 10.4.6 install

problem solved.

I can't confirm this yet as the 10.4.6 ppc (65MB) was released on the 3rd. I'm installing it now and will post my results.

Ok, I installed Apple's 65MB 10.4.6 PPC, and everything seems to be running fine with PT7.1cs6.
