Can’t get Win 10 to see Ipad for Eucon

It’s probably something ridiculously simple, but I am unable to get my Ipad to show up on my Win 10 wifi network so I can use Eucon. PT 2022.4, I pad Pro with OS 15.4.1.
I pad works fine for everyday tasks (I’m typing THIS on it) but just a 100% no-go for Eucon. I hooked into a usb port and told it to sync via wifi (thru I tunes) but still nothing.
Eucon indeed enabled in Pro Tools. Call me flabbergasted.

Hmmm, not sure I can help, though my iPad works fine on Windows 10. With that said, maybe more details will help:
1-describe the entire wifi setup(mine is my PC and iPad connect to the same wifi router). My iPad is not connected with a cable(but it is powered via a cable/charger).
2-You enabled Eucon in Pro Tools, but have you opened Eucon?(it must be running and might not be starting).
3-With Eucon running, is the iPad showing up(left column) and added to the right column(helps if the iPad is on when Eucon starts)
4-you have the Control app open on iPad and you are fully logged in?

(1) PT pc connects via ethernet cable, Ipad is on wifi. I pad works for everything else (I’m typing this on it, in fact!) I can go straight off the wifi modem, or connect thru 1 of 2 extender networks. Tried all 3. Nothing. In the Eucon app, there’s a little exclamation icon in the upper left hand corner.
(2) Enabled, opened, yes.
(3) This is what makes me think the pc just isn’t seeing the Ipad, because it doesn’t show up at all in the left column of that list. Looking for it under portable devices in device manager, it isn’t there. I did get it to show up in Itunes IF I have it hooked up to a usb port…tried syncing via wifi. Still doesn’t show up in device manager.
(4) Yes and yes. Just to be sure, I removed the app from the Ipad and reinstalled it, at which point you do in fact have to log in.
Remember the earlier incarnations of this that didn’t require jumping thru all these ambiguous hoops? It was working quite well before the improvements!

By the way, I’m not finding ANY documentation about which boxes need checked when you run the setup .exe, but it’s highly likely that I looked right past it at the rate I’m going today.

Make sure your iPad is on the correct Wi-Fi network.
If I change the WI-Fi Network on my iPad under settings to the wrong Network, I get the same as the pictures in your example.
Once you select the correct Network, you'll probably have to "Restart EUCON Applications" to see the changes take effect.

Just like you my iPad will work for everything on the wrong Network else except my EUCON applications.

It doesn’t connect, no matter which wifi network I’m on…straight from the router or off of the wifi extender. Tried all three. More than once. For some odd reason, Windoze is not “seeing” the ipad.

Can you post the IP addresses of both the iPad and the Ethernet adapter in windows?
