Default one mono audio file when two mono tracks recorded

When I record two mono audio tracks fo the new session setup I can see this two tracks on edit window but I have the only one file in regions window and one mono file in file window. I can mix and edit both tracks but one file is hiden somewhere. I`ve tried the same recording in my perivous session setup and I had no issue lik this. Where is my fault.
