Does not recognise Mbox 2
Hello,
I have a very lightly used Mbox 2. I bought it new about 5 months ago. Since it was purchased it has lived on my desk and has worked flawlessly until just recently. It has stopped working completely. The USB light does not come on at all. I have switched USB ports, USB cables and computers. My computer is a run of the mill emachines with windows 7 and I'm using Pro Tools LE 8.0 Does anyone have any ideas?

You have to call their support. Its still under manufacturer warranty.
Mine was under warranty, it also broke after about 6 months. I shipped them my old one and they verified it was defective and shipped me another one. Whole process took about a week and a half.
