Remove ExHUI.exe?

Upgraded to the latest eucon software and on Windows 8 startup I get a dialog box warning "Windows cannot find ExHUI.exe. Make sure you type the name correctly and try again".
Is this leftover from the previous install? How do I get rid of it?

Yeah, so I did a big uninstall, cleaned the registry as best I could, and the exHUI.exe not found warning goes away.
I reinstall the latest EuControl software and the warning comes back.
So is there a problem with this latest installer or something? Did exHUI.exe get left out of the install package, or is some old version code still hidden somewhere?
Help would be nice, thanks!

Thanks for looking into it. The firewall was a good idea, but there's nothing in the relating to exHUI.exe.
The warning that pops up is a dialog box that has to be dismissed, i.e. "Warning! Windows couldn't find exHUI.exe" then you have to click OK.
Like I said when I remove EuControl software this warning goes away.
I'm guessing that the installer doesn't have exHUI anymore but most people when they upgrade still have it from the last install. Avid please confirm.

To answer my own question:

Go to 'all programs/startup' and delete Euconstart

Glad I posted this a year ago! The latest installer brings back this problem so I was able to search for it to remember how to fix. Kind of weird.

For windows users, go to the search bar on the start menu type "msconfig" (no quotes) hit enter, then click the startup tab at the top, uncheck the "EuConStart" click ok and restart your PC.
