Lost iLok and the AVID form for it doesnt work!

Hi there

Im in a bit of trouble.

My iLok got smashed when moving my Imac in the studio. I sent it in to iLok but it somehow, of course, got lost in the mail and has been for a month.

Now I have reported my iLok lost instead of broken.

When trying to submit "lost iLok" here at Avid i only get "Error trying to create lost iLok case. Please try again later or call the Customer Support" over and over. All the info is there in all the fields. I even bought a support code for 40 dollars and still i have no idea how to get this form submitted to Avid so they can help me get back this license for Pro Tools. So im out of ideas. Anyone who can help me?

I'm not sure why it isn't working for you, but did you try calling as it suggests?
