PT 9.02 Digi 002 NOT WORKING

I just completed my upgrade to PT 9.02, along with the new 002 003 drivers. My Digi 002 console stopped responding after i upgraded to 9. None of the buttons or faders work on the 002, but it still reads the automation, and the display's work.

I know this is know issue that the 9.02 upgrade is supposed to fix, but after following the directions exactly, the 002 still does not respond. PT will launch and seems to function fine, but the same problem still exists.

Not sure if this applies to the 002, but you might try switching your firewire driver - either the legacy or other one.

What driver do you show in device manager?

Where is your dedicated audio drive?

Via firewire controllers have been an issue for some.

check your firewire card drivers. make sure you have the 9.0.2 updated 002 drivers (they are NOT in the package with the PT 9.0.2 update. you need the 9.0.2 driver package for 002/002)
