Default payment issues
i get transaction failed at every attempt to renew my pro tools subscription. my account had a hold a rep fixed it then the next month the same problem. i created a case but i get no response. please help.

Looks like your case is in progress - the tech provided some info and temp licenses. Please reply to the case notice email as needed.
