New User Help
System:
iMac 1.83ghz 512 RAM 160G PT LE 7.1.3 w/PT Ignition Pack MBox Pro 2 I'm getting error messages in start up. They are requesting I authorize plug ins. Then requesting an iLOK. How can I correct this? thanks all.

You have probably installed updates for optional paid plug-in or other software that was not included with the particular product that you purchased. If you have installed other software, see the page linked from the iLok Authorization Info link on the right side of the Support section:
