Default Application Manager not connecting [SOLVED]

gets stuck on getting subscription data after logging in. spinning wheel.

OSX El Capitan

has anyone had a issue like this fixed. I read about removing some Avid cache files, but the issue was not resolved.

Otherwise very happy with 12, thanks in advance
