Default How to export a plugin list

I am sending a mix to another studio and they asked me to send them a list of my plugins. Is there an easy way to do this (like an export plugin list command) or do I have to go to the plugin folder and copy and paste to a word document?

There used to be a generate plugin list function off the help menu in PT. I’m not sure its still in 10.

Select menu File>Export>Session Info as Text… and click check box "Include Plug-In List".

There is a plug in/program called Plug Tools that can generate a CSV file with version info for every plug in you have on your system.

And if you're not only want to export it, but would like to check if you're up-to-date, check out pluginupdate. It's a great utility.

Hi there,
any solution to this in 2022?

The tools mentioned no longer seem to be around.
I can export a list of the plugin direcotry, that doesn't help much though, since f.e. all Waves Plugins 'hide' behind the WaveShell.

I need to send lists of installed plugins to contractors working for us.

@Avid, what's the solution for this?

I use this:
PlugInfo: Audio Plugin Explorer

Very useful tool for checking installed plugins, versions etc. And you can select any and all plugins, right-click and select 'copy details', and paste into a word processor.

Unfortunately, Mac only, and it doesn't deal with the waveshell issue.

Price: $2.99.
