Eleven Rack monitor only audible in left channel in Pro Tools

Hello everybody,

Just recently, I bought an Eleven Rack and I really love it. I've got Pro Tools installed and started to record a few things but I'm having an issue. I've got the Eleven Rack plugged in via USB. I've installed the latest drivers. First of all, if I have no project opened, I can hear the output of my Eleven Rack (I'm listening via some headphones I have plugged into it) and I can hear it in Stereo. Great. But when I open any project, I can only hear the processed sound coming out of the left channel. It doesn't seem to be the actual monitor in Pro Tools but rather the monitor direct from the 11R since I have my headphones plugged in.

Ideally, what I'd like is to hear the guitar when no recording arm is turned on and also when it's on and recording. I'm not really sure where to start since I'm relatively new to Pro Tools.

I'm using Pro Tools 11.3.0 on Windows 7 64-bit.

If anyone knows how to get this done, I'd greatly appreciate it.
