HD Plan not refreshed

Updated an HD Plan today that was set to expire on May 12, 2017.

AVID account info shows the new expiration date, but HD Plan on iLok still shows May 12, 2017 expiration.

How long should this take to refresh and show the new expiration.

Traveling in 2 days, and would like assurance that my 3 rooms will be fully functional.

Well the rooms will be functional as:

1. You have perpetual licenses even if the support plans stopped.
2. The expiration date doesn't change until a day or less before the actual expiration of your plan so hang tight and if it looks the same May 11 then post back here and I will escalate your plight

I'm just concerned as we rely heavily on the Pro Series plugins, all of our workstations are offline systems (required by the Film Studios) and I am going to be OOT until May 23rd.

You don't have to worry, It will refresh closer to the expiration date

If you have any issue PM me and I will escalate it to Avid so in any case it will not be an issue.

Not clear how it can refresh if the computers are offline, but you seem confident.

The iLoks need to go online?

No idea, just guessing...it seems the iLoks themselves to be refreshed would need to see the Avid site?
