Default moving project from Logic to PT Help!

I'm working on a project recorded in Logic that I want to get into Pro tools. It's all audio files, all raw tracks, no plug in, panning info or such. What's my easiest way to go?

Would it be by AAF files? I tried just bringing the audio files and importing. The top level tracks come in fine but the alternate takes (playlists) all start at zero instead of taking their place along the timeline. Would the AAF method straighten that out or is there a way to do it with some procedure in Logic that would give me the files with some kind of time stamp to place them properly?

I don't know Logic at all and the engineer who cut the tracks doesn't know his software very well so i'm sweating getting this stuff transferred. Please help, Protools community!!!
