MTRX Studio not found on HDX card

I'm setting up a MTRX Studio and can't get ProTools to find it on the HDX card. DADman finds the unit no problem but ProTools throws error "Unable to find Audio Interface attached to first HDX card".

I've swapped out the Digilink cable, I've updated the MTRX Studio firmware to 1.0.3.2, I've tried a new HDX card in a different chassis, no luck.

I'm on a 2013 Mac Pro, HDX card in a Magma chassis, MACOS 10.14.6, ProTools 2018.1

Hi

You need PTU 2019.12 at minimum with MTR Studio, if I remember correctly.
Your OS is ok with 2019.12, so it’s just PTU that need an update.

Yep, that was it, updated to 2020.12 and am moving forward. Much appreciated!
