Asc not working!
Hello, I recently purchased an ASC because I lost my ilok and ant to transfer my pro tools 11 license to a new one I bought. However when I enter it online it's saying invalid user, and when I call to put it in it's saying my ASC isn't available for phone support, although it clearly says I have one phone call.. they've already charged my account, but you can't get a person on the phone without entering your ASC... You see my dilemma. I am beyond frustrated and created this account just to post this thread because I'm not just going to keep buying ASC's until one finally decides to work. PLEASE HELP!!!
