Axiom 25 Problem Help!!!!!!

I have had problems setting up my Axiom 25 with Pro Tools 10. At one point PT 10 would not respond at all to the keyboard, but now It is playing on PT10, but no sound. I have tried for hours to play around with the channels, input, output, and bus config, but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?
