Default mbox 3 monitor and headphone output

Can anyone tell me if the mbox 3 is able to provide sperate mix's to the headphone and monitor outputs?

No. The manual states that they just mirror the monitor outs.

In the Mbox Pro, you have more flexibility to do this with the driver control panel.
