If you authorize your plugs with ilok on a pc, can that same ilok be used on a mac?? Will the authorizations still be valid?

Yes, the only exception is waves. They have different waveshell enablers for different Macs. Other then those I can't really think of anything else unless there is a new version of some plug-in like vintage warmer 2 or something. Check with your 3rd party plug-in developers.
