IPAD wont connect thru USB

Hi folks,
Have a problem.
The iPad cannot be connected to the EU-con via USB Cable. The operating system is OS Catalina, until Mojave everything worked normally.

Presumably you have the latest Eucon version . .
I would suggest un install Eucon. Restart then re install. . .
During the install you should be asked to allow Eucon access to your ports. .

If you're not asked this, go to system settings, privacy & search for Eucon to check that it has access to your ports . .

When you say USB cable, I assume you’re using the USB camera connection kit along with a usb Ethernet adapter? Not just the charging cable that came with the iPad?
