Default HELP PLEASE.........TOO LONG TOO DESCRIBE HERE

Hello all.

I am using PT V.5.1.3, and I recorded a stereo audio track into PT @ 16/44.1 wav file, and it stores the audio as seperate .L / .R files. When I go to burn the CD , my software ( adaptec Jam 2.6 ) cant burn the split mono wav file.It will burn split mono SDII files but not the wav. Is there a way to record directly into PT as wav files that will be in a burnable state? or will I have to bounce to disk and sum the mono audio files to a stereo wav file. I hope not cause that would sukk.
Thanks all

Once you have the audio in PT all you have to do is select your L and R files, then export them as a stereo interleaved WAV. No real time BTD is required.

When you create a session you are given the choice as to which audio file format you want to use, but Pro Tools will only handle multiple mono, not stereo audio files. All you need to do in your situation is select the audio that you want to burn and choose "export selected as files" from the regions list menu. This will give you the option of copying the audio files as whatever format you need to burn (usually stereo SDII 16 bit 44.1).
