Pro Tools TDM 6.2.3cs1 contains the following:

Fixed: Crashes When Re-Instantiating HTDM Plug Ins (Item #44073)

• If the user instantiated, de-instantiated, then re-instantiated an HTDM plug-in, Pro Tools crashed.

Fixed: Surround Pan Position Jumps When Moving Mouse (Item #45092)

• Using a mouse or trackball with Surround Panner resulted in a sudden pan position change when clicking the mouse, or when the mouse was moved the first time.

I can't seem to install it over 6.2.3b1. I guess you didn't include non-adm requirements in the cs update?
