Why both versions?
Why is it that the PTHD12 ilok license bundle includes licenses for both the HD versions and the Vanilla versions? I seem to remember once upon a time the gave both because the HD license was for when you were running HD hardware but they also gave you an LE license so you could take it and use it on your laptop.
Now that HD runs on non-HD hardware and even your laptop running internal audio boots as HD with an HD license present, under what scenario would you ever actually be running or needing the Vanilla license?? |

Re: Why both versions?
Vanilla license opens PT software. HD license opens HD features. You need both.
