Pro Tools Express registration / download impossible! [solved]

Hi there,

I have bought Avid Mbox with Pro Tools Express. I'm trying despirately to register and download Pro Tools, but after i fill in my iLok username (ID) and press continue, I am being referred to a blank page! I'm trying to find a way to send Avid and e-mail but apparently that is impossible. I've tried calling, but when i call i hear a dailing computer giving me three options. No matter what number i press, i keep hearing the same 3 options... Hence, I'm posting my problem here in the hope that anyone from Avid can contact me top help me through this process...

Try a different browser. You don't say if you're on a PC or Mac but some people have had problems with Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Try either Firefox or Chrome.

Worked like a charm. Thanks! I used Firefox which usually does the trick, but this time apparently not. I tried IE and it worked (miracle...).
