Default Digi Delay not syncing to tempo (main tempo at 92bpm Delay always is default 120)

I'm using the basic Short, Med, Long, and Extra Long Dly plugin that comes with PT6.4 and I notice that it's not syncing to my projects tempo automatically. Not sure what I need to do. The conductor guy is checked as is the midi box on my transport. I changed the tempo from bar/beat 1/1 to 92bpm and it shows at the transport. Just not copying over to my delays. I'm having to manually set them to tempo.

Any hints?
thanks!!

Don't know about 6.4, but in 8 you have to make sure the metronome is highlighted in the plugin for it to automatically change the tempo when the song's tempo changes.

The conductor is on as is the metronome highlighted. I'm not sure if something in preferences needs to be fixed. I don't know.
