Default Still not working Vintage Warmer delay cmpensation with HD

System:
PT HD Accel 2 PCI -E - MAC PRO 1GB RAM - PT 7.3.1cs6 - OS X.4.9
Interfaces: 192 I/O Digital, Adat Bridge

Hardware set-up: H/W 256 samples
RTAS processors: 2
Voices: 64 ( 2 DSPs)
CPU usge: 85%

VW generates a latency of 49.3mS or 2175 samples.

Selecting the long delay compensation setting still does not compensate properly.

I need to manually nudge all the tracks.
It hs been acting like this since 7.3.

So, what might be happening?
