Bomb Factory Plutonim Bundle

I run Pro Tools LE 6.4 on OS 10.3, thinking about moving to 7.x. and OS 10.4.
I purchased the Bomb Factory Plutonim Pack some years ago, with almost all the BF plug-ins. These plug-ins are version 3.70, they will only run at 44.1k or 48k and the cost was about half of the "full" versions( it was about $1300). Does anybody know if these will work in PT 7? If not, is there a "bundle" upgrade, or do I have to upgrade each plug-in by paying the full price? (this will be a lot of money....)
