Default Bomb Factory Fairchild 670 - Bypass doesn\'t work.

I finally upgraded to 6.1 and reloaded my BF plugins from the BF-48-PT6-XP.zip file available on the DIGI website. The BYPASS on the Fairchild 670 doesn't work. It functions but I can't BYPASS. Has anybody else had this problem?

Thanks...
