Default scribble strip

digi, please help. My c24 is still under warranty and channel 10 and 11 simply do not show anything. The faders work but the scribble strips are not iluminated. It is a real pain because by chance, it seems that the track I am looking for tends to be on those channels and then I have to nudge the mixer channels to see what I'm doing

How does it work to get this fixed. Is it something I can do myself, or if I have to send it in, will I get a replacement promptly?
thanks

Default Re: scribble strip

I would suggest you contact customer support directly. In the US, they can be reached on (650) 731-6100. You will need to work your way through the automated menus but it shouldn't be too painful.
