Controling Plug-In Parameters.

Where exactly can I find a set of instructions that details how to control Plug in parameters on the Command 8?

The only insructions you are going to find are in the manual. However, it is pretty simple to figure out without cracking the manual. You won't find detailed instructions on particular parameters except in the individual plug-in documentation and that won't be C8 specific. You just have to start using the plug-ins and start getting used to paging between the different parameter sets. Generally speaking, the rotary dials abouve the select buttons are used for dial-type parameters and the select buttons are used for toggling parameters. You can use the flip button to use the faders in place of the rotary dial if you prefer. The parameters for a given page are usually highlighted with blue squares and there is a brief (cryptic) name for each parameter on the LDC display. The value of the parameters are displayed when you are changing them. That's pretty much all there is in the way of instructions. You select a plug-in by using the insert button or the EQ or dynamics button. If you are switching back and forth between the mix window and a particular plug-in, you can use the focus button to keep changing back and forth,
