Default Can\'t Cut & Paste Automation Data????

What the hell? Is there something obvious I'm doing wrong? some preference or something?

I don't know if you are talking about volume or sends, but if you are talking about sends...i believe that you have to post automation onto the same send from one track to another...so if you are posting auto from track 2 send B, you have to post automation onto another track to send B. There may be a work around in the preferences, but I haven't found it.

If you are wanting to copy VOLUME automation TO a SEND(s). Then you can select that towards the bottom of the EDIT menu.

If you are simply copying VOLUME to VOLUME, then that should work already.

Remember if you are trying to paste dissimilar automation data, you must use "control-command-v".
