How do I measure latency?
Jack, given my system , do you happen to know of relatively easy to measure latency

Signal generator on an insert then out to your interface. Connect an audio cable from the output to an input. Route that input to an aux track and measure the time difference. A one-shot like a kick drum hit would work good in place of a signal generator.
