Default Upgrade card or Dual 1.25 Mac to run ProTools and Reaktor together?

Should I purchase the OWC 1.4 ghz upgrade card or buy the Dual 1.25 ghz mac. Would like to run Protools with Reaktor effortlessly. Not so with the 400mhz G4 I have now. Anyone using this combo of programs and how do you have your system set-up. Thought the advantage of the Dual would let me keep using OS9 with protools 5.2 till Reaktor RTAS plug-ins come out then I would install Protools 6 and the newer Reaktor 4. Which would be able to take advantage of the Dual processors and then just wait out for a revision of the G5.
