Firewire Disconnect
Hi All
Using a MacBook pro 2.8 ghz intel with 4 gig ram, osx 10.6.8 with firewire into a digi 002. Protools 8.0.5... Was working fine until the moment i really really needed it. Now i am getting firewire errors like: "interface is not connected or in use by other program" "firewire interrupt was detected" Sometimes the session will load and then play for a few seconds before it freezes. Sometimes it won't load at all. I have run all the disc repair utilities as well as cCleaner and Cocktail. No changes. Any ideas on how to solve this? Got a gig tonight yikes! G |

Re: Firewire Disconnect
Any chance it's your cable? Have you got a different cable you can try?
