Artist Control Training? (don't tell me to RTFM! lol)

Hi all -

My first post on the DUC in over five years! I got married and promptly we had twins, so I'm finally finding time and energy to devote to my studio.

I recently bought the Artist Control V2 and it's pretty and I'm sure it is feature rich but the workflow is far from intuitive and my time and attention are too limited to learn by manual alone. It would take me a year.

I need to either learn from a power user or take some kind of class, online or off. I can't find any references to any such training so wanted to see if you all have any resources I'm not aware of.

Primarily ProTools, though I also use Logic and Reason heavily.
