Host PC spec

I remember seeing a recommended spec list for PCs (quite some years ago) for reference when choosing a host PC.
I've had a look round the Digi website but can't find any thing similar. Does it still exist?

If not, what would be a good spec (not top end for cost reasons) for a post production HD1 system?
