HELP!!! Eucon personality issue

Hi guys, I hope someone can help me. When I try to enable the Eucon button it always gives me the same message: "Error occurred while trying to load the controller personality "EUCON". I already posted this problem in Euphonix section but it's a PT problem i guess.

I already reinstalled PT 10. I have Win7 64bit.
