new dual processor 1 gig g4s

hey all,

i know its been gone over a lot, i have done a search and read all the stuff, but I have to ask one more time before i buy next week.

Who is using the new macs... 167 buss versions. I know they are noisy, and come with os10 but my real concern is, if i put os9 and forget 10 for now is a mix plus plus system going to run with no problems, or do i need to go with the old style g4 dual 1gig. 133 buss.

yes i know ptools doesn't run on dual but final cut pro does..

it is my understanding and observation that the new G4s have system 9.2 installed as a bootable option but they don't give you the software disk with the computer ...that makes sense to include 9 because alot of people have 9 files and 10 i don't think even reads those files do they?
