Duplicate midi tracks won't ungroup for editing
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this in 12.4: attempting to separate merged midi info on one track to two separate tracks not being allowed
1. record a simple midi track, say kik and snare for example, using midi controller while triggering an external synth module (for example, JV-5080 channel 10) 2. duplicate the midi track (track - duplicate) 3. using selector tool erase midi data from one track for just one of the performed midi parts on duplicate track (for example, snare). 4. snare midi notes also become deleted from unselected source track. 5. creating a new midi track and copying/pasting the midi info from the first track yields the exact same behavior. Only workaround I have found to work so far is to select the source merged midi track and do a midi export to hd (type 0) then do a file-import midi to create the duplicate track, at which point selector tool deletes chosen midi without affecting source track.
