This is really frustrating.. I sold my old Protools 11 (got a HD system) and transferring the license becomes some kind of hell of a ride..!

I took a support ticket which costs like 16 bucks - I got the number 650-731-6100 but it DOESNT WORK..??? I mean... guys I sold my PT11 on ebay and now I try to transfer the license and I can´t because the support number avid gave me is not active anymore..

crazy stuff - please avid help me with that as quick as possible - I dont want to get in trouble with ebay because of that

731-6100 is an old #. You can find the current # (650-237-1700) in the "Pro Tools..." section of the contact page.

Could you help me to contact ilok.com? I cant send the license as ilok manager is not accepting my credit card and the bank says everything is ok on their side it should work..
