I WTB Pro Tools 9 HD transferable
I'd be interested in buying a Pro tools 9 HD software, ilok, disc, memory stick etc/.

Pro Tools 9HD was mostly (almost totally? with maybe EDU and NFR licenses unbundled... and they are not transferable either) sold with HD/TDM hardware. It's very unlikely you will get a transferable licenses as Avid has had a policy of not approve the transfer unless the hardware is being sold. Why does it need to be 9? You are likely better off on later versions, like 10 if you need to run RTAS plugins. If you are hoping to get a cheap version of 9 to use to upgrade uh I'd give up now.
