The new 2020.9 version has a lot of problems, unfortunately
i can't do any commit !
i can't convert any midi to audio!!

The nice thing is, we pay a lot of money every year, fix some problems and get new problems.
But it's okay. We're getting used to problems with Avid

So I'm back to version 2020.5!!

Because they respects us so much!

No commit? That is serious. I used it for only a day on a new project and rolled back because of the track count thing, so I can't say I tested it properly. Can't Avid add just add features without breaking other stuff? Broken stuff that sometimes stays for years without a fix?

As I mention in one of my previous post. It’s a downgrade. Cutting edge marketing, we now pay for downgrade. Let’s see how they fix it.

Do HD Ultimate people need this update? I thought that was the case.. They did not specify on their notes in the link either that I glanced at. The reason being is that that Avid App Manager said I had updates to perform. I usually delete that thing. I never download from there other than eq plugins, most of which I never use.

Everything seems fine with the current version here. My early assessment with running several sessions is that it loads with video a lot faster and less issue as well.
