"There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account."
I bought Pro Tools 10 earlier this year (the box version, from Long and McQuade). I bought the upgrade version of Pro Tools 11 from the Avid store and am now trying to download it, but when I punch in my iLok username it gives me the error message "There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account." Since Avid seems to have NO support for us Canadians I'm forced to come here! Does anybody know what's wrong here?

I have the same problem, I acquired the PT 10 HD in card. urgent help
