There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account.
Hi guys, new to the forum. Hate to make my first post a support question but I must either be blind or dumb because I can't find anywhere on the Avid or Ilok sites to actually write them an email about my issue.
I receieved the email to upgrade to PT 11 about a week ago as I bought PT 10 recently. Trouble is, when I follow the instructions on the site, put in the activation code and it comes up with the Ilok sign in and I put in my Ilok user name the following message comes up. There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account. I'm not sure what I can do about this, I also had previously tried to download the free plug ins that came with PT 10 and just gave up because they wouldn't work. Seems like the whole system is just designed to be as difficult as possible! Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue? I logged into my account on the Ilok website just to double check that my account name etc is correct and yep, it is. |

Two other things I would try would be atempting the upgrade again with a different browser. Also I'm fairly sure this and the plugin upgrade would be treated by Avid CSA as a registration type issue and you would not be charged for the call. So I would open a ticket with iLok. Wait a day or so for them to respond and then tackle the problem with Avid CSA if its not resolved.
