Default any Ideas? Cannot find specified path error message

I keep getting this error when I attempt to save Pro-Tools session from a DVD that I did at another Studio. Out of 11 sessions, this one is the only one Im having this problem with. Im trying to save the session to my audio drive so I can continue working on it.

Im using PT8 with Vista.

Maybe its the method. You say you are trying to "save" the session from the DVD. We may have different terms for the same process, but I would be copying the session folder from the DVD to my audio hard drive. If it still does not open, then I would create a new session and try to import data from the original(either from the hard drive, or the DVD file). Of course, sometimes the original is corrupt or was saved incorrectly and you have no choice but to ask for a replacement or backup copy.

Im fairly new to Vista and XP was much different....I try to copy it to my audio drive but Vista will only copy a link that I assume will try to find the original source DVD.. Im not sure, but I was un-able to copy the files to any other location...Im almost positive its just my ignorance...but I will try again..thanks
