Free Pro Tools 8 Upgrade

Has anyone who has purchased (and registered) pro tools after 3 Oct been able to get the free upgrade to PT 8? On the website it states that we should recieve an email from Digidesign however, I purchased my on the 27th of December and have yet to recieve an email. Am I alone here?

Yes I have, I received my upgrade like 10 minutes after registering

Hey NewKid1. Just go to my Digi in the upper right hand corner. Log in and you should find it along with other downloads you purchased. Hope that helps.

Just took your advice but I don't see it there. I tried to register it again and I get a error telling me that the product has already been registered. Seems really odd that it tells me that its registered but I still don't see it. I purchased the PT Micro a few months back and registered it upon arrival, didn't see anything then either.

once you registered you should of received an e-mail from Digi instructing you how to obtain you upgrade, then you go to my the digi website log in to your my digi account and you should see it there you are going to need your ilok account name
