Default Outboard compressor with M-Powered + FW410

Hi, maybe someone can help me out with this.

I've got hold of the FMR Really Nice Compessor, but I'm having trouble figuring out the correct way of patching it in to my set-up. For example, I wanted to use the sidechain input on a bass track, so I put a send on the kick track using an Output on the interface, then patch the cable from that output to the compressor. Then I run the bass track through the compressor by setting the bass track's output the an ouput on the interface and cabling that to the compressor input....and now need to get the compressor output back into Pro Tools...but can't.

Anybody use the RNC with the FW410, or have any ideas on the right connections to make?

Thanks

Sounds like you need to play the track, send it out one of the outputs on the 410, adjust the compressor settings as needed, and then go back into one of the inputs on the 410 and record the compressed audio to a new track.
