digi 002 1-4 input gain
When I plug in a mic with a xlr cable on mic inputs 1-4 with the course gain turned completely down I'm still getting a signal. It's too loud and when I'm recording something with a loud signal, its peaking. I'm used to the digi 001 not picking up any sound when the gain is turned completely off. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Re: digi 002 1-4 input gain
Make sure you have the switch on the back selected correctly (mic 0r line)
If sounds like you have line selected instead of mic. Good Luck |

It's either andrew messing with us, or the original poster of the other thread who still can't accept the answer.

Re: digi 002 1-4 input gain
That's not physically or electronically possible with either unit.
Then why did you say that? If im recording something with a big signal using an input 1-4 preamp I cant stop it from peaking, why would anyone wire something that way? |
