I still don't have the GrooveCell and SynthCell licences in my iLok account. Anyone else still waiting?

How are GrooveCell and SynthCell virtual instruments authorized?
They are authorized by iLok licenses. These licenses are tied to your Subscription or Software Updates + Support Pan. Avid began depositing these on Apr 22 (in advance of the release) and is expecting all deposits to be completed by the end of April. Please watch your iLok account for these licenses.
Thanks for the response... However, it's now May 3rd, and I still don't see the licenses in my account. Am I missing something?

Couldn't find your account using your DUC Email or User Name. Can you please Create A Case under Account Support at avid.com/learn-and-support/contact-audio-and-music-support and reply with the Case #? Thanks!

I also updated my email address to match my Avid account. I don't even use the email address that was previously in here.

We have complete our deposit processing for GrooveCell and SynthCell licenses.

If you have a current plan or subscription but don't have the licenses in your iLok account yet, please Create A Case under Account Support at avid.com/learn-and-support/contact-audio-and-music-support to provide your product's System ID so we can address this.
